QMEP Dynamic Pricing for DJ Services What is Dynamic Pricing? Dynamic Pricing is a financial system for businesses that considers several factors when determining fair market value. We are using this system to determine rates for Quantum Music DJ Services going forward.

We have listed a few of these factors below.

Day of Event

Events on Friday or Sunday will be slightly less than a Saturday event. DJ Rates for an event during the week are even less than Friday & Sunday events.

Time of Year

Our DJ Rates for November Weddings will obviously be less than our DJ Rates for weddings during midsummer or what's considered to be peak wedding season.   

Event Location

Where the event is being held and the location of the venue will be considered. Although QMEP does not charge a travel fee, the distance is automatically factored into the rate. QMEP has Preferred Bay Area Venues where we offer special rates on our DJ Services.

Performance Time & Equipment Needs

Dynamic pricing considers the length of performance time or how many hours of music will be needed as well as how much equipment will be necessary to provide sufficient coverage for the event.

Advanced Booking

Maybe the most important factor is how far in advance the event is booked. Simply put, the sooner you book QMEP DJ Services for your event, the better rate you'll receive, like booking a flight.

All of these factors and more are considered when QMEP gives you a quote. Your quote will come with an expiration date. When you place a $200 security deposit, it automatically locks in the quote you were given. It will not increase.

However, if you need more time, the rate will start to increase as services will be in greater demand as we approach your event date. Once an event is within 90 Days of happening, normal QMEP DJ Rates will apply.

Quantum Music Event Planners has been performing special events and weddings at The Bridges Golf Club in San Ramon for over 16 years. QMEP Event DJs, Audio/Visual & Lighting Technicians are familiar with the entire venue including the different reception and ceremony possibilities.

The most dramatic room is the Garden Pavilion. It’s a grand space with a 25 foot ceiling, antique wrought-iron chandeliers and a wall of huge archways overlooking the fairways. Guests love to step through the center arch where they have a panoramic view of the greens and the color-streaked sky as the sun sets behind the hills. Set for an elegant reception, the pavilion is breathtaking. The room has a warm glow that is enhanced by Lighting and the sparkle of candlelight.

The Clubhouse features a swanky bar inside one of the exotic towers you will notice out front. The Bridges main dining area has French doors and windows making up one wall while light sconces and antique-style chandelier produce the romantic candelabra effect. A crosshatch of wooden ceiling beams harmonizes with the wood trim of the richly upholstered chairs and oak tables. The ambiance of richness and comfort pervades.

Vezer Family Vineyard & Blue Victorian Winery

Vezer Family Vineyard & Blue Victorian Winery are Suisun Valley Wineries, which are owned by Frank and Liz Vezér. There are three beautiful locations at Vezer Family Vineyard for couples to have their wedding; Mankas Corner, Vezer Estates & The Blue Victorian.

 Mankas Corner is a beautifully restored historical site. It has private gardens, hosting memorable events including weddings of up to 150 guests.

Vezer Estates is surrounded by rolling hills and boasts one of the most stunning views in the valley. It accommodates up to 200 guests.

The Blue Victorian is a Suisun Valley jewel. Step back 100 years into an elegantly restored Victorian Home with a Barn. It has now been turned into a full scale winery featuring a spectacular barrel room and an outdoor tented aread that is perfect for up to 200 guests.

Join us at the Third Annual Bridal Fair at The Blue Victorian Winery. This is Solano County's Premier Wedding Event. The Vezer Family Vineyard Bridal Fair will bring you a convenient and exciting array of some of the area's best wedding vendors, including Quantum Music Event Planners along with virtually everything you'll need to plan your wedding, pre-nuptial events, honeymoon, and future lives together. The Bridal Fair will be held at The Blue Victorian on Saturday, March 10th, 2012 from 12 Noon to 4pm.

QMEP has performed Wedding DJ Services at Vezer Family Vineyard in Suisun City ever since the family started hosting special events and weddings three years ago. We are so pleased Quantum Music Event Planners is a Preferred DJ Service with the venue.

Due to the level of our  performances, over the years we have established great working relationships with their Preferred Caterers and have quickly become one of the most recommended services. Our Event DJs are very comfortable with the unique layout and have the experience to handle the logistics of the facility. We use high end sound equipment specifically designed for places like Vezer Family Vineyard.

While Quantum Music Event Planners does not provide or pre recorded and produced demos to supposedly give people an idea of our dj's skills, we will from time to time release actual mixes and give live demonstrations. The emphasis of our service remains customer service and tailoring our performances for QMEP clients. Not every wedding is the same and we never go into an event with a pre determined set list.
 As for style, QMEP DJs can beat match, loop a beat, scratch in & out of songs and do all the typically techniques necessary to keep the music flowing.

Ardenwood Historic Farm in Fremont

Ardenwood Historic Farm is open for Weddings & Events! East Bay Regional Park District has taken over the daily operations of Ardenwood Historic Farm in Fremont. We are happy to announce EBRPD has contracted Quantum Music Event Planners to provide event planning and onsite day of coordination services for all 2012 special events and weddings at Ardenwood Historic Farm. We're very excited to be a part of this significant transition and honored to be chosen by and representing East Bay Regional Park District.
