Brazilian Room Weddings in Tilden Regional Park

Brazilian Room in Tilden Regional Park is one of our favorite venues where we provide event services. Quantum Music Event Planners has performed dj services for weddings at the Brazilian Room for over 16 years and has built great working relationships with East Bay Regional Park District, their staff and preferred caterers. The Brazilian Room in Berkeley is a QMEP preferred venue and we offer our wedding dj services at special rates to future brides, grooms and life partners getting married there.

Book a QMEP Bay Area Wedding DJ for your reception at the Brazilian Room and we will include dj music for your ceremony with a lapel microphone for the officiant for FREE! This means we will play background music starting 30 minutes prior to the actual ceremony, to help create the ambience while your guests are arriving. This is a prelude to the music we will play for your processional or walk down the aisle. Hacienda De Las Flores Weddings in Moraga

Hacienda De Las Flores is an Authentic Spanish style mansion, on land that was once the hunting ground for Miwok Indians. The historic structure is painted white with blue trim, and is surrounded by beautifully maintained park grounds. Inside Hacienda De Las Flores, hardwood floors, beamed ceilings, a fire place and leather furniture create a warm and inviting setting. Outdoors, lawns spread behind the building, enhanced by spruce trees, weeping willows and flowers. A  flower bed and fountain in the middle of the patio serve as the focal point for large parties or wedding receptions.

 















From the Hacienda De Las Flores lawn, flagstone stairs lead down to the Pavilion, a semi-circular building with huge Corinthian columns overlooking a walled garden with lawn and patio. A set of large wrought-iron gates leads guests into the enclosure, where small seated functions or ceremonies can take place. Tranquil and secluded, the Hacienda de las Flores offers one of the prettiest garden environments for special events in the East Bay.

Thie Hacienda De Las Flores has an intimate patio area perfect for buffet dinners and cocktail parties, a stone-ladened courtyard featuring a beautifully artistic fountain as the location's centerpiece,  a large landscape of green lawn serving as a ceremony setting and colorful manicured gardens. There are three rooms and a newly renovated kitchen available on the ground floor This classical style building with Roman columns consists of one main room, offering a small mirrored bar which is separated by large wooden doors and a small kitchen. The front of the building forms a semi-circular portico which adjoins the fully enclosed, circular patio, lawn and garden. The Pavilion is the ideal spot for a wedding ceremony and reception, business meeting or small party. The Hacienda Pavilion is available for events April thru October.

 















I've performed Wedding DJ Services  at Hacienda De Las Flores in Moraga for over 16 years now and was pleased when Quantum Music Event Planners became a Preferred DJ Service with the venue in 2004. Due to the level of our  performances, over the years we have established great working relationships with their Preferred Caterers and have quickly become one of the most recommended services at the venue. Our Event DJs are very comfortable with the unique layout and have the experience to handle the logistics of the facility. We use high end sound equipment specifically designed for places like HDLF and have never had an issue with their sound ordinance. Hacienda is a wonderful Bay Area Wedding Site, boasting elegance and beautiful scenery in an intimate setting. Great Game from Quantum Music For Your Company Christmas Party!

At Quantum Music Event Planners, we have the perfect game to suggest for those of you out there wondering just how to break the ice at this year's holliday party. The game is called "Who I Am?". It will encourage interaction between your guests as a means of participation.

You will need to create labels that have the names of famous people. I have even seen one company print the person's picture beside the name for a little extra something. The names on the labels can be any well known famous people throughout the history of time, dead or alive.

When your guests arrive to the party, you will have them turn around so you can place a label with the name of a famous person on their back. You then instruct them to find out who they are in order to win a prize. They will do this by asking other people questions or clues. The trick is, they can only ask "yes" or "no" questions in order to find out what name is on their back or any other words, who they have just become.

So, as your guests and co workers are mingling, having drinks and enjoying some appetizers they are also asking one another questions. As they approach someone, you will see them turn their backs so that the person will be able to see who they now are, and then ask...am I on television? am I funny? am I dead? You are only allowed to ask the same person three questions.

At the same time, the other person will have a name on their back and be asking questions as well. You can have prizes for the winners. Usually the winners will come to the DJ Booth to collect their prize and the Event DJ will announce the winner and introduce them to everyone as the famous person, "Ladies and gentlemen let's have a nice round of applause for our next lucky winner and be sure to say hello to Michael Jackson!
